Whitnie Padron is the founder and owner of Interface Aesthetics.

She is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, who has been practicing in Florida since 2007. She is a native Floridian, born in Tampa, and has lived in the St. Petersburg area her entire life. The community is very important to her; she started donating her time to the community in high school and has continued service throughout the years.

Whitnie pursued her undergraduate studies at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Sciences with Magna Cum Laude distinction. First working at Largo Medical Center in Orthopedic and Spinal surgery, then at Bayfront Medical Center in the Trauma unit, she continued her education at the University of South Florida in Tampa, receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing Sciences with Summa Cum Laude honors. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Association.

Client Coordination Specialist | Tina Welch, LMA

Tina has been in the aesthetics industry since 2007, as a licensed aesthetician and also as a teacher and trainer of upcoming professionals in the field. She has managed several medspa offices throughout the years and is currently a vital part of Interface Aesthetics. While in Ohio, she executed laser procedures including IPL, laser resurfacing, laser vein, hair removal, RF body contouring, and tattoo removal. She is extremely passionate about laser and attributes her amazing complexion to consistent yearly treatments. 

As a client coordination specialist, she helps patients book the appropriate appointments to enhance their personal beauty, growth and confidence. Her goal is to build strong relationships with patients to drive repeat business. She is very responsive, knowledgable, and happy to help with whatever our clients need. 

Medical Director | Dallas Buchanan, MD, FACS

Dr. Dallas Buchanan is the owner and surgeon at VIVIFY Plastic Surgery & Medspa in Tampa. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) which is the only plastic surgery board approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties. He is also an active member of not only the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), but also the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), and he is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). He practices a wide range of cosmetic surgery and has been published in multiple textbooks and medical journals on topics ranging from facial cosmetic surgery and facial aging to body contouring and breast surgery.

Dr. Buchanan grew up in Missouri and graduated as valedictorian of his high school class. He then attended undergraduate studies at Truman State University where he graduated magna cum laude with a major in chemistry and a minor in biology. His medical school degree was obtained from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. After this, he chose to pursue a full 5-year residency training in general surgery in Birmingham, Alabama where in his final year he served as Chief Resident. He then chose to pursue an additional 3-year specialty fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Temple University Medical Center in Philadelphia where once again, in his final year, he served as Chief Resident.

After completing this rigorous training, Dr. Buchanan relocated to Spokane, Washington where he built a very successful practice in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. During his four years there, he served as an associate clinical professor with the University of Washington School of Medicine, teaching the new generation of young doctors. He also received several accolades during his time there. He was elected as a “Top 10 Plastic Surgeon” in Washington by the American Institute of Plastic Surgeons for two years in a row (2017-2018). He was selected as RealSelf.com 500 top doctor in 2016, a RealSelf.com 100 top doctor in 2017, and was selected to the RealSelf.com Hall of Fame in 2018. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society in 2018 for his commitment to scholarship, leadership, professionalism, and service.  

 In 2018, Dr. Buchanan relocated to Tampa Bay and founded VIVIFY plastic surgery. His practice now focuses on cosmetic plastic surgery of the face, breast, and body. Since moving to Florida, Dr. Buchanan has continued to accrue his accolades, being elected as a “Top 10 Plastic Surgeon” by the AIPS every year from 2019-2023. He was featured in the “Top Docs” issues of both Tampa Magazine and Tampa Style Magazine in 2020 and 2021. He serves as a member of the Emerging Trends Committee for the ASPS to evaluate new trends in plastic surgery and educate other plastic surgeons.
